KATHMANDU: Shirisa Poudel (Shreesha) has emerged as a dynamic professional with extensive experience spanning media, entertainment, entrepreneurship, event management and social service. Her career reflects a combination of leadership, creativity, communication skills and organizational management.

Poudel has built a significant career in Nepal’s television and print media sectors. She serves as Managing Director of Original Entertainment Pvt. Ltd., where she is involved in managing organizational operations and developing projects related to entertainment and sports television channels, including Ramailo TV HD and Action Sports HD. Her responsibilities include project development, organizational planning, workflow management and overall administration.

Alongside her executive role, Poudel has worked as Chief Editor of Versatile Magazine, a monthly corporate publication in Nepali print media. Her editorial and communication responsibilities include editing articles and interviews, preparing proposals and producing creative content for magazines and other business materials.

Her professional journey extends into entrepreneurship and institutional leadership. She has served as Chairman of Shreekal Investment Pvt. Ltd., Director of Lotus Group Pvt. Ltd. and Executive Director of Nepal Film and Television Academy. She has also been associated with Naulonews.com and has served as Managing Director of Shreyash Intl Multipurpose Pvt.
